In the case of Mash&amp;Grape, Oregon is the only state where we have placed a strict shipping restriction. However, when it comes to Barcart brands, while we strongly discourage shipping to Oregon due to liability concerns, we will not prevent the shipment if the brand and retailer both agree to send it there.<br>As a general guideline for Barcart brand orders, if an order is placed, it will likely be shipped, regardless of the destination state.

But we are working with the Oregon Liquor Control to get guidance on how to resume services in the state again. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We can't ship to MA anymore unless a MA retailer is shipping. Then it's allowed.

Our CA Retailer cannot ship to a few states including MA. Please check with the MASH team before changing any addresses.

You can say, yes, we do ship to MD. The fulfillment partner would depend on the product's availability but they'll be able to see the fulfillment partner for their order once their order is assigned to a retailer.
