Ground Shipping orders can be canceled 1 hour after the order has been placed. If you have exceeded this hour, please contact us to ensure the package has not already left the store.
Once a package has been shipped out and is in the hands of our retail partner, we will be unable to cancel the order and you will be subject to the store and shipping carrier’s individual policies which may include both shipping and restocking fees.
